Stop praying for what you can’t hold. We are so quick to ask yet slow to prepare. Prepare yourself first, be ready to recieve and hold that which you are asking for and then pray for it. Because a prayer is always answered, yet the reason why it isn’t yet is probably because you haven’t prepared yourself or your life yet to receive and hold this prayer. Think about relationships, how do you expect to meet your future husband or wife when you are entertaining those who aren’t that? There’s no space for them to enter.
