Here are three things most people skip - and that determine whether you’ll be stronger or just tired a week later. 1. Give your body a signal that it’s time to repair - not fight. Inflammation after a workout is normal, but the body needs to know how to turn it off. Cold water, exercise in the air, red light - anything that helps switch from stress mode to recovery mode. Most people jump straight into the car, home in front of the screen and wonder why their muscles are sore for four days. 2. Eat quality and local foods.
