
Yoga really cures! Could you check my thesis and website? I had suffered back pain for years. Couldn't sleep properly or stand straight due to severe pain in my back. I had practiced ashtanga yoga years ago, and I remembered it is a type of yoga that requires good physical condition. I decided to give it a shot, take it slow, connected with breath, respecting the limits of pain. If sensation was just a mild discomfort, I breathed my way out of it. I practiced basic postures for one hour, 3-4 times per week. Guess what? The pain was gone. I could sleep all night without interruption. That was amazing and changed my life forever.
