本日、36歳の誕生日を迎えました。5月末日に疲労の余りサウナで転倒し、左の肋骨二本を完全に骨折してしまい、そのせいか咳や嚔や喘息が激しくなり、その発作の起こる度に猛烈な痛みに苦しんでおります。病院でコルセットと湿布と痛み止めを貰い、今週前半よりは快くなりましたが、まだ苦しいです。
