GM! Since getting back from Bulgaria I haven’t been sleeping as well… I turned the WiFi off last night and sleep like a baby…

Good vibes at the crag. 3 hours into the session we started talking about housing affordability… couldn’t help myself from casually mentioning, “I save in bitcoin, so actually everything, including housing gets cheaper for me over time.” One of my buddies gets it. The other kept talking about how we need more regulations to keep housing prices down 🤔 Nothing like a good conversation in nature.

There needs to be a nostr enabled application that incentivizes people to leave reviews and pays small amounts of sats in return. Maybe can build this into their app.
