Anyone know what the Rumble Wallet actually is? What protocols? Where is wallet stored? The ads are very vague. It sounds like maybe keys are stored centrally encrypted by a passphrase. The ads emphasize "non-custodial". I'm certainly not going to "just download" a proprietary app - but if it's actually, e.g. Lightning, or some other layer 2, maybe I could tip creators.
