Tasmania has beautiful Pinot Noirs to check out! Barossa Valley has amazing Shiraz and Grenache, some of the best new world styles with own rooted vineyards dating back to before Phylloxera destroyed all of Europes old root stock. And the only wine region in Australia I have visited, the Margaret River which grows everything of deliciousness! Australia is a hidden gem of the wine world!
Never disappoints, vintage champagne is the most underrated style of wine imho. Drink some of that Assuie old vine, own rooted Grenache monsters for me
Enjoying with my wife while my children wreck the house in glory around us!
Cheers to buying the dip! Before I truly embraced bitcoin my shitcoin was wine. I bought and sold wine from allocations I spent years on the waiting list to get. I have finally sold 99% of all my cellar and gave my allocations away. For the past 10yrs itās given me so much. In that time I was able to stack sats with my profit and learned so much about wine I became a certified sommelier, viticulturist and home winemaker in the process. Years of dedication and commitment to learning beyond cooking has brought me to this moment. Remember to treat yourself to a something special every once in a while to remind yourself that itās the journey which offers the tertiary notes of life. The end goal will always move further away, so take note of when something ends because it is the beginning of your next chapter. Stay humble and stack sats. 2006 Dom PĆ©rignon Brut Champagne. Notes: Beautiful stone fruits, toasted hazelnuts, citrus blossom, and brioche. It shows the opulent side of the 2006 vintage with plenty of richness from extended lees contact, yet it has bright acidity, a tight, reserved style, and a great finish. Bubbles were surprisingly strong for a 20yr old champagne. Not the my favorite vintage champagne producer in the world but definitely never disappoints! Wine priced in sats: Allocation in September 2015 for $240 USD. Sats price at purchase: 1.1 BTC. Priced in USD/BTC today : $113,284.94/1.1BTC - Block Height 907,111 #winestr #wine #vino #chefstr #sommstr
Dedication and perseverance pays off.
Congratulations Chef! Not many have achieved this. Now buy the dip!
I enjoyed it thoroughly and will listen to it again during December again. My wife couldnāt get past the second chapter because of your sultry voice. Said it was too deep for her liking.
