This past weekend I guided 11 activists, freedom fighters, and open source developers through a somatic breathwork journey! For most it was their first experience with breathwork. I truly believe it set the tone for an incredible, meaningful weekend of building and advancing the grassroots freedom tech movement at our second AI Hack for Freedom. The projects built were incredible. The focus and speed from our activist captains + developer teams was inspiring. Beyond grateful for and the to share this practice with these beautiful souls 🙏.
