Love this design! Any plans to have women's fit hats? I (apparently) have a tiny head, but I would love to rock this design. Also, howdy from someone who spent many years in West Texas! 🤠

She is very photogenic! Unfortunately, she has zero interest in balls, sticks, and most toys in general so no good way to lure her in. Periodically, we can get her riled up and she'll try to shake a toy to death, but that's about it! She's a rescue and, in the 3 years we have had her, we've discovered that she is only interested in/enjoys 4 things... 1) food, 2) soft spots, 3) more food, and 4) cuddling with 🤣

I set up my Nostr account before I set up Instagram and FB accounts. I was so reluctant... Now I use the Meta scheduling tool for my posts so I can be on there once every few weeks, post to both without having to actually get on there, and then check in once a week or so. This is the only way I've been able to manage it healthily. I get on and start scrolling and it's over... 🫤 But yeah, for businesses, it has (unfortunately) become critical.

I would be interested in knowing which countries were included in this. I can honestly say that traditional social media has done nothing good for my mental health. In the last couple years, I have tried to fix my algorithm, but man they push the false beauty standards on women so hard, and at every age! I'm thankful that social media didn't really blow up until I was in my late 20s. It's also interesting that the data here shows male suicide rates have decreased... when, at least in the US, we're constantly being bombarded with "the male loneliness epidemic"... I wonder what's driving the decrease in suicide rates for males, in general. Any ideas?

High-protein is the trend, right? Well, this Southern House Wren (Troglodytes aedon musculus) snatches Black Soldier Fly larvae - super rich in fat and protein - from our compost bin all day every day! The holes are just large enough for it to climb inside, grab a snack, and climb out to feast. When I first took these 2 pictures, I thought it was just another female scarlet-rumped tanager (v common here)... But I started looking at the pictures and comparing to other pictures I've taken of tanagers... where was the orange on the chest and rump? Why was the bill kind of chunky and all black?
