There was a recent Darkhorse podcast with Aaron Day and Steve Patterson that got into the block size war, btc vs bch, forum censorship by early developers, capture by the financial industry, etc. I'm trying to figure out if BTC can be what the white paper proposed: a quick, decentralized, relatively private means of exchange. I know there are very energetic opinions on the matter.

They are maybe the best options to negotiate lowest self pay cash pricing for services, which the healthshares will largely reimburse. Coupled with DPC, it makes a viable escape from the third party cartelized "health" systems.
