I’ve been thinking about something lately, and I’d love honest reactions. A lot of people grew up without real guidance — no elders, no mentors, no one to help them transition from one stage of life to the next. You just… figured it out alone. But even as adults, that missing guidance still shows up — feeling stuck, lacking direction, craving challenge, or sensing it’s time for a “next chapter” but not knowing what that looks like. I’m exploring an idea: a modern rite‑of‑passage community where adults design and complete a meaningful personal challenge — supported by structure, accountability, and a group of people on their own journey. Kind of like a guided “pattern‑break” for people who never got one. Does this resonate with anyone here? • Ever felt like you missed out on that kind of guidance? • Would a structured challenge + community support be useful? • What would a “rite of passage” look like for you now? • Or does the whole idea feel unnecessary? No sales pitch — just trying to understand whether this is a real need or just something in my own head. Open to any thoughts, reactions, or questions. 🙏
