LOL can’t even delete your account! Also why did you remove the card buying options and make bank transfers the only option? And if you care about your users as much as you make out you do why do it without any consultation from your users? Why not enable all buying options?

Yeah I’m still waiting no reply or support from within the app and nothing here from ?? Shame and it’s stopping me from supporting a Bitcoin company that I was once a big believer in. Words are cheap these guys seriously need to get their act together!!

Wow great service! Maybe you shouldn’t accuse your users of lying without talking to them? No problem we’ve moved on mate you do you and live in a world where you’re perfect and everything is your users fault. I’m pissed because I’ve spent years pushing strike to my friends and family and when I ask for some help this is what I get in return! Crickets

The one thing that annoys me about Bitcoin companies is how the leaders of these “Bitcoin only” companies get on podcasts and speak about how good their customer support is yet when you go and try and contact their customer support you get zero help and response! Looking at you @strike and I’ve sent a heap of people your way and they’re having trouble buying Bitcoin using Strike and they’re getting no help to resolve these issues. If we want normies to buy and to get into Bitcoin we need to do better!

why the large discrepancy between you and other exchanges? Would love to buy from you but with these numbers it’s hard to justify , which is a shame as we’d like to support Bitcoin only companies. Are you doing your best to offer the lowest prices to customers? Why isn’t there a feature to view the daily price as the shortest interval you have is weekly! Just kinda feels scammy sorry but it’s the reality.

I’ll message you there user names now. Would be easy if I can contact someone in support to try and help as these family members are in their eighties and they’ve been stacking sats up until about a month ago when they started to have issues.
