Gm. Well I’ve been here quite a while and got my people to have conversations so I can only answer this from my perspective. Not sure if this is a reasonable representation of the overall experience. But I talk tons with my frens here

Eastr: A full custodian normie client. It’s the easiest to join nostr you never touch any keys + login with email and password, same lame social media logins Apple, Google integration (sorry anons this if for normies) You basically put all your eggs into another man’s basket. Just gotta trust the Easter bunny to not rugg you. But then after a while you explain funnily and with good storytelling why this is a problem. With time the user gets older in the app (maybe every week on Eastr is a year in real life or smth) and when turning 13 people don’t believe in the Easter bunny anymore and need to confront the reality of the world. Some on Eastr. The Easter bunny is not real.. maybe even a risk for your online identity. Maybe he runs rogue? You need to take self responsibility. Then you learn about keys and how to store them. A playful way to make nostr understandable to normies. Discuss:
