✉️ Update on the Hate Group Case I just received word from my lawyers: the klacht is finished. Next week, the official complaint against the Hate Group will be submitted to the onderzoeksrechter of the court in Leuven. For those unfamiliar: in Belgium, this is a decisive step. Unlike a normal police complaint (which can be ignored, delayed, or dismissed), a klacht met burgerlijke partijstelling obliges the court to open an official investigation. The onderzoeksrechter is then legally bound to examine the facts, summon witnesses, and interrogate suspects. This means: it’s no longer in the hands of passive police officers or prosecutors. The case is now placed directly under judicial investigation. It’s over for them. Within weeks or months, those named in the complaint will be summoned. Our extensive body of evidence will be examined, and their lies, manipulations, and toxic group structure will unravel under scrutiny. For years, they thought they could escape accountability. That ends now. Justice is coming.
