Yes subscriptions are the worst! But since i ordered the bluetooth module for the rower, i tried many apps, and unfortunately this is what i prefer.. the gamification is pretty motivating. To build something on nostr would be great. I do not have any coding experience though, vibe or traditional.

GM! did you already have a look at EXR? It works with all major rowers, they have Group Rows, and Races. When I row, there are always other rowers on the course. It’s a subscription though, but they offer 14 days free. I’ll be traveling for a week from this weekend, maybe you can have a look, and we can work something out first week of august.
