👋 We're a family based in the Vancouver area with two kids (11 and 9) who are just starting to understand (and maybe appreciate a little) why we've opted out of the traditional system. We homeschool and spend 3-6 months in Europe every year. Our kids have an appreciation for old world values and standards of living, while also learning to challenge their thinking and engage in life's essential lessons usually unavailable in a home-bound suburban context. We're on the hunt to connect with other like-minded families, form a little community, and ideally overlap our time abroad with other families.
