What the hell is stacks?
If Bitcoiners think Bitcoin is 'money' they need to go out and use it that way. What pays the most fees? Who pays for what block space? That's the important thing. Right now 'spam' is bidding at .3 sat/vbyte meaning it is trivial to outbid and at low feerates.

What the hell is stacks?
I don't know any brick and mortar places that take monero. I don't trust monero's maximum supply (and yes I am familiar with the inflation guarantees and moneroinflation) and I don't trust its monetary policy that it's won't 'change' like it did before. Furthermore I don't trust it to not 'hard fork' and me "having to" update my software. Because if I don't update then I'm... out of consensus. Really? Furthermore Monero has no L2 scaling. It takes 20 minutes to get final confirmation, it had a serious re-org from Qubic recently, and my understanding is that change... must wait 20 minutes before it's spent again. How is that realistic for users? How is that practical for merchants? The whole world cannot possibly use a blockchain on its base layer - it's not even remotely possible there has to be scaling and my understanding is that variable-size blocks would get bigger and bigger with more transactions. Eventually this takes a toll on nodes. Overall I respect Monero's focus on privacy and simplicity from a user's perspective... but I think online privacy is overrated. Someone somewhere somehow eventually you get tracked, staying completely private online is impossible and if you are 'ordering things' in XMR then the privacy of your cryptocurrency is frankly only a small part of the privacy process it is the least of your worries. I think Bitcoin's privacy is more like http/https where it's a gray area... the foundation is transparent and a skilled user can have privacy for a time, in coordination with other techniques and technologies but there's no 'silver bullet.' Privacy is a dial and Bitcoin privacy is a set of tradeoffs. I say this as a frequent Lightning user who accepts... Lightning's tradeoffs while appreciating the transparency/verifiability of the base layer. Just my opinion I would be interested what you think/how others respond to these concerns. Best
Perfect privacy on the internet is impossible. Maybe not for short periods or limited circumstances... But for long time periods for realistic use it's very very difficult. You know this too
