I'm not talking about disagreeing. If someone starts calling you fake, ugly, or fill in the blank, that's a projection of how they view themselves and you aren't responsible for it. Nor should you take it personally because it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them.

You’re not responsible for the projections people throw at you. Their attacks aren’t about you. They’re about the parts of themselves they refuse to face. Stay centered on your path.

Yes. I’ve learned that everyone is on their own journey in life. Nothing they’ve done has ever been personal to me. Instead, they are acting out of their own wounding and traumas. Many people I never want to deal with again and I’ve placed a boundary, but in my heart I have forgiven them, because I understand they are just hurt deep down. Ultimately, they came into my life to teach me about myself, and for that lesson, I am thankful.

I have a lot of compassion for people who spread hate, fear, and division online. These people are really hurt deep down and likely haven’t experienced true love before, which starts with loving yourself just as you are. The world is a beautiful place and the best feeling of all time is helping someone else get a positive result to improve their own life and once these people start to experience this, they will likely stop spreading hate. I hope to inspire people to come back to their heart center and live life more often from this place of love, kindess, compassion, and service to others. It’s important to never take anything personal that is directed towards you in a negative way. Ultimately, everyone is doing the very best they can right now and I know deep down they want to heal and live from a place of positivity. Everything is constantly happening perfectly at the right speed so don’t sweat anything; simply keep doing your best. I want to send everyone love and I hope everyone has a great rest of the week.
