For video editor software, without paying, I'd suggest DaVinci Resolve (there's a free version which is great). If you want advanced and AI features though you'll have to buy it -but it is a one time purchase instead of subscription. With an honorable mention of using CapCut on desktop. It has a bunch of stuff built in for free, including subtitles and AI things.
