I'm not sure about the pricing but Venice.ai (started by Erik Voorhees) does not need any identifying info if you aquire DIEM on a DEX and stake it privately. 1 DIEM = 1 dollar of compute per day, every day. The DIEM and the VVV tokens (for DIEM minting rights) trade freely on the open market and have risen a lot lately. It's very privacy and open access focused. I think you'll appreciate their approach.

Have you looked into Venice AI? They have larger plans now. Also perpetual api credit by staking their diem tokens. It's really a unique concept, haven't seen it anywhere else yet.
