Good to know, I'll look into Apple. Not a fan of subscription services. I'd rather pay once and he done with it.

I've been thinking about getting one of those rings or bracelets to track that stuff, but never pulled the trigger on it. Part of me wants to track all that data because it's interesting but could be very useful over the long term. But the other part of me doesn't want to send more data to third parties.

What do you use to track the data?
