Possibly. Maybe the simulation will play out that way. First off, I feel there would be a lot of good military personal who'd stand down before war with there own people. It almost have to go civil war esque. Second, we have a lot of smart people and capable and many who would just be okay to run through a bullets. The military has power, but they also need power, like literal electricity, and a lot of other things that normal people make. Civilians could wreak havoc. In many cases, some way more than others.
